About the Opportunity:

As part of your role, you will be/have:

 

• relevant certificate in cooking (or practical experience with prior experience working as a cook)

• [for pizza cook position] you will be able to produce hand stretched pizza bases made to order in a high capacity and fast paced environment

• good knowledge of kitchen operations, safe food handling and OHS

• exceptional cooking and plating abilities with experience in a casual dining environment

• leading through example as it relates to safe food handling, kitchen hygiene and cleanliness;

• adhere to company and regulatory food safety standards

• be trustworthy, honest and ethical

• excellent communication skills and be a team player

• be motivated to doing what it takes to complete the job successfully

 

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• [if applying for pizza cook position] experience in hand stretched pizza dough and working with a wood fire

• Strong understand of dietary requirements and how to relay them in a high-pressure environment

• Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts.

Remuneration with be commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience.
